Unfortunately, we do not have room to store strollers. Additionally, we are required to keep the aisle clear for the safety of all passengers. Most of our guests choose to store their larger belongings in their personal vehicles.
We currently have one trolley that is handicapped accessible and is used for our most popular tours. The only time it would not be available is when it is offline for maintenance. Our remaining trolleys used for weddings and other charters are not handicapped accessible. Please contact us if you have disability requirements.
No. Tours offer continuous narration. Some tours have Pre-Planned stops determined as part of each Tour that include narrative. For those passengers requesting to leave the trolley during the tour for special circumstances (unruly children, need for public restroom facilities, etc.) we are unable to make arrangements to let you re-board, and refunds are not provided. We strongly recommend that you make any necessary arrangements before boarding at the beginning of the tour.
Advance purchase is recommended. Tours often sell out, especially May through October and near holiday weekends. To secure the day and time you prefer, you may purchase tickets using the Buy Now option below. Any remaining tickets will be sold on the day of the tour at the Trolley Station. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your tour.
We do offer ticket discounts for groups greater than 20 adult persons. We also offer discounts to Military, Retired Military, schools and non-profit organizations when they purchase Group tickets ONLY. Contact us directly for details.
Groups of 20 or more may purchase tickets at a reduced rate. Please call us in advance. Your group of 20 or more might opt to take a regularly scheduled tour, or you may prefer to schedule a private tour. Contact us for more information.
The adult ticket fares are listed with each tour. Tickets for children are also listed – please read each tour as age restrictions vary per tour. Children younger than three ride for free. However, they will need to sit on a parent’s lap if the trolley is full. We do not have storage for strollers except on the back balcony, nor will we be responsible for strollers. Aisles must be kept free and clear.
A. The rear balcony of each trolley can hold a limited amount of shopping bags if they do not fit beneath your seat. Please keep in mind that you are solely responsible for your bags and carry on items.
A. Pets are not allowed unless they are used as Service Animals for the disabled. We do not have accommodations for pets. B. Beginning on march 15, 2011, only dogs are recognized as service animals under titles ii and iii of the ADA. C. Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Examples of such work or tasks include guiding people who are blind, alerting people who are deaf, pulling a wheelchair, alerting and protecting a person who is having a seizure, reminding a person with mental illness to take prescribed medications, calming a person with post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) during an anxiety attack, or performing other duties. Service animals are working animals, not pets. The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person’s disability. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.
